IZU BURGER was born from the mind and hands of Chef Izu Ani — a Dubai icon whose journey, much like his daily 100km bike rides, is fueled by dedication and intention.

Despite global acclaim, Chef Izu remains grounded: he knows every team member by name, lifts up those around him, and builds with heart. IZU BURGER is his personal ode to the city he calls home. A space for everyone, without reservations. The menu is driven by obsession-level attention to detail, clean ingredients, and a belief that food should nourish more than just hunger. This isn’t fast food. It’s chef-crafted fuel for everyday people striving for something better.

We don’t do gimmicks. No fillers. No patties pretending to be something they’re not. At IZU BURGER, you get real cuts — Australian Angus, wagyu rib-eye, free-range chicken — grilled, stacked, sauced with purpose. Our potato buns are cloud-soft and butter-seared. Our mushrooms are so umami-rich, even meat-lovers crave them. Our desserts? Sinful. Coffee? Strong. Every bite is intentional.

This isn’t just food. It’s a disruption. A clean, confident, unapologetic answer to burger fatigue. We opened our first doors at Box Park Dubai in April 2024, and made it to Time Out Market in May 2025. Two spots, same obsession: pure builds, bold flavor.
